About Owner & Trainer, Katie Mock

Katie has been a dedicated professional in the fitness industry since 1997. Certified by AFAA and Les Mills in Personal Training, BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyFlow (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi), BodyJam (Dance), RPM (Spin), and Kickboxing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work with clients.

Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Katie was actively involved in sports from childhood and developed a strong interest in weightlifting during high school and college. Her lifelong fascination with strength, agility, and healthy competition has shaped her training philosophy.

Katie began her career as a group fitness instructor, and her experience and education have equipped her to design versatile, dynamic, and individualized fitness programs. She works with clients of all backgrounds and abilities, helping them stay motivated, accountable, and empowered. Katie’s dedication to education and personalized coaching is the reason clients trust her to guide them on their fitness journey.
